I still can’t believe sometimes how much stronger I’ve gotten just over the course of a semester. I am continually reaching new highs on all of my lifts, and feeling great in the process.
My last workout bests were squats for 3 sets of 5 reps at 250 lbs (that was tough), bench for 3 sets...
