Quick Workouts Update

I still can’t believe sometimes how much stronger I’ve gotten just over the course of a semester. I am continually reaching new highs on all of my lifts, and feeling great in the process.

My last workout bests were squats for 3 sets of 5 reps at 250 lbs (that was tough), bench for 3 sets of 5 reps at 225 lbs, shoulder press at 3 sets of 5 reps for 125 lbs, and deadlift for 1 set of 5 at 245 lbs.

Academically, this next week will be a challenge, and I’m feeling a bit under the weather, so I’ll be taking a much-needed 4-day rest to give my body some time to recuperate.

Back to the grind. :)
