Quick Workouts Update...

I still can’t believe sometimes how much stronger I’ve gotten just over the course of a semester. I am continually reaching new highs on all of my lifts, and feeling great in the process. My last workout bests were squats for 3 sets of 5 reps at 250 lbs (that was tough), bench for 3 sets...

Routines vs. Life...

Too often, we let our daily routines compromise the enjoyment of life itself. I know that I, for one, regularly choose the easy way and take what I have always known. I believe this summer is a prime time to experiment and try some new things. After all, we only have so much time - life is finite.
