Today, I did:
5 x 3 Squats @ 185 lbs.
5 x 3 Bench Press @ 215 lbs.
1 x 5 Deadlift @ 205 lbs.
The workout felt decent overall, this is only my third workout going full-body, a big change from my old way of working out (splits). I dropped a considerable amount of weight on the squats and plan to work...
